This series represents the culmination of Robert Godin's practical experience, vision and dedication to innovation and, above all, his passion for building musical instruments. All Passion Series basses are handcrafted from the finest premium tone woods selected from the Godin Premier Atelier in Richmond, Quebec. The Passion RG4 Swamp Ash Bass features a carved Swamp Ash top on a rounded contoured body carved from Red Cedar. The lightweight, ergonomic, vibrating body contains five tuned and synchronized resonance chambers that are interconnected within the body, allowing for optimal air transfer and exceptional resonance. A set of PJ Seymour Duncan Quarter-Pound pickups provide a powerful, bassy sound. The Passion RG-4 Swamp Ash Bass offers amazing tonal versatility with great sustain and sonic richness ideal for any genre.
