TEP - Transparency for Private Entities
Transparency Portal of the Generalitat, GVA Oberta is the website where the Generalitat publishes, in an integrated and proactive manner, information on transparency and good governance included in regional regulations and in the commitments undertaken in the exercise of its powers.
The final objective is for citizens to know the actions and policies of the Consell, and to be able to exercise their right to know about content or documents in its possession, since both contributions favour the formation of public opinion in a democratic society.
The aim is to:
Guarantee the transparency of the public activity of the Generalitat through the publication of the information provided for in article 9 of Law 2/2015.
Bring the Administration closer to citizens by promoting the development of a more participatory and collaborative society.
Facilitate communication between the Valencian Administration and citizens, establishing channels that allow smooth interaction.
In this regard, the GVA creates for Private Entities a place where they can publish their transparency, through the section:
TEP – TRANSPARENCY FOR PRIVATE ENTITIES.
The purpose is to comply with transparency regulations, which establish certain active disclosure obligations for private entities that receive public aid or subsidies.
In this regard, entities may comply with these obligations by making the required information public on their website, or by using the TEP – Transparency for Private Entities platform made available by the Generalitat.

Programme to promote permanent hiring of certain vulnerable groups within the territorial scope of the Valencian Community, regulated by Order 10/2018, of 12 July, of the Regional Ministry of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labour, published in the DOGV on 16 July 2018.
