Purchase conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract - hereinafter GTC -, regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our website: Z-Bombilla Spain S.L,

It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through Z-Bombilla Spain S.L,

In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions set out in this document must be met. You may do so by filling in the withdrawal form by accessing with your username and password.

Z-Bombilla Spain S.L, reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

Prices and sales conditions are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies agreement with the offered price and with the general sales conditions in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalised, the purchase shall be deemed fully completed by law, with all the legal guarantees protecting the purchasing consumer and, from that moment on, the prices and conditions shall have a contractual nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish shall be the language used to formalise the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalised will be archived and the user will have access to it in their customer area.

Shipments

  • Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centres it is not possible in any case to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In orders including several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
  • The customer will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to check that everything that should be included in the products included is present. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or faults with the shipment will not be accepted.
  • An order shall be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is within the following 24 hours that the customer must verify the products upon receipt and state any objections that may exist.
  • In the event of receiving a product damaged in transit, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours so that we can report the incident to the transport company. Likewise, it is advisable to notify the transport company:

Returns

You have 15 days to return a product from the moment you receive it at your home. To do so, log in to Z-Bombilla Spain S.L, with your user details, enter the customer area in the section “History and details of your orders”, expand the corresponding order and select the product(s) you wish to return, by clicking on Make an RMA return

Once we receive the product(s), we will refund your money according to the payment method you used:

  • If you paid by card, we will make the refund to your account within 48 to 72 hours.
  • If you paid by Paypal, we will make the refund to your Paypal account.
  • If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number in order to make the refund. Please note that it may take up to 48 working hours for it to appear in your bank account.
  • For the rest of the payment methods, we will ask you for an account number in order to make the refund.

You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

Return conditions for private customers

  • Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
  • The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgement that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the trader cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
  • The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised, such as custom-configured computers.
  • The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. headphones and similar).
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  • The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
  • All goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise Z-Bombilla Spain S.L, reserves the right to reject the return
  • Once the return form has been completed and sent, you will receive the instructions so that you can send it to our facilities by email. You must send the goods without undue delay, within a maximum period of 30 days from the time you notify us of your wish to exercise the right.
  • The transport costs arising from the return shall be borne by you. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs
  • Once the goods have been received and checked to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including the delivery cost with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of ordinary delivery that we offer. We will make the refund within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date on which you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we may withhold the reimbursement.
  • Return of products with gift or promotion. Full return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include download codes, it will be a requirement not to have redeemed it in order to proceed with the full refund. In the event that it has been downloaded, the amount of the software will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Return conditions for distributors

  • Only returns of unopened material in perfect condition will be accepted during the 15 calendar days following its receipt.
  • The promotions existing on the website that extend the 15-day delivery period will not apply to distributors, who will always have a return period of 15 days.
  • Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, since there is no law regulating return rights between companies, and such procedures are regulated according to the conditions of Z-Bombilla Spain S.L,
  • Returns of products in blister packs or heat-sealed packaging, and other products with a broken factory security seal, will not be accepted; such as, for example, dj controllers, sound cards, with unsealed cables, etc.
  • These conditions do not cancel the right to warranty or exchange of defective products. Z-Bombilla Spain S.L, reserves the right to deny the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.

Warranties

The warranty does not cover those defects caused by improper use of the product and/or handling of it other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In such cases the consumer shall bear the cost of its repair. The following are therefore excluded from the warranty:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the instructions of Z-Bombilla Spain S.L,
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by Z-Bombilla Spain S.L,, as well as products which are subject to a specific support contract.
  • Incorrect software/hardware configuration, by the customer, of equipment, component or peripheral. Incorrect software/hardware configuration or failure in equipment caused by a component not supplied by va Z-Bombilla Spain S.L and incorporated by the customer.

For these purposes, Z-Bombilla Spain S.L informs that the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options for exercising the right of withdrawal. Among them, it contemplates the possibility of doing so by filling in a form electronically. In order to shorten times and so that you can make the return in a comfortable and delay-free way, from Z-Bombilla Spain S.L we advise you to make use of that option and fill in the withdrawal form that will be provided to you upon formalising your order, by accessing with your username and password.

Order cancellations

Those order cancellations that imply a refund to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days due to administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period is not longer than 7 days.
