DISTORTION PEDAL The TR-S is an effects unit that features a Nutube to offer the responsiveness, feel, of a vacuum tube guitar amplifier. With our new (patent pending) technology that uses Nutube, you can achieve unprecedented compression effects, similar to those of a tube amp, even when recording or using a transistor amp.

In addition to great tone, one of the advantages of the Nu:Tekt series is that you can build them yourself. The TR-S kit requires no soldering, and the tools necessary for assembly are included. This makes the TR-S the easiest and fastest unit to assemble in all of Nu:tekt's current series. With the TR-S, you can enjoy building the kit as a DIY project, and the result is a great-sounding compression pedal that gives you the tone and feel of a vacuum tube amp.
