PANDERO / PANDERETA HEELED PANDERETA. The Meinl Heel Tambourine is a small tambourine that can be placed on the back of the shoe, like a shoehorn, and is played by shaking or tapping the foot. The Heel tambourine has a sturdy black plastic frame and features four pairs of stainless steel jingles. The Heel tambourine produces a typically bright and clean tambourine sound while allowing you to keep your hands free.
