SPECIAL PLATE The 5-Piece Smack Stack HCS 8/10/12/14/16 features three discs with a shape that creates a distinctive sound effect. The stack can be manipulated by adjusting the tension of the plate holder wing. The stack can be manipulated by adjusting the tension of the plate holder's wing nut. Increasing the tension produces a crisp attack and short decay ideal for fast accents, while a looser setting produces longer sustain.
